Each artwork is either a one-of-a-kind original or made to order.
We make every effort to ensure that product photos closely represent the actual colors,
but please note that they may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings or lighting conditions.

All items are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
We use reliable carriers such as EMS, with tracking provided.

Cancellations are not accepted after an order is confirmed,
especially once the item has been shipped.

We take the utmost care in inspecting and packing our artworks.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged,
please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences or personal reasons.

Shipping Cost

If an item is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
In all other cases, return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Refund

Once the returned item is received and inspected,
a refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Reproduction or unauthorized use of images is strictly prohibited.

- Prices include consumption tax (for domestic sales).

- For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

- We only respond to inquiries in English or Japanese.

We accept payments in Japanese Yen (JPY), US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and British Pounds (GBP).
Your payment will be automatically converted at the exchange rate applied by your payment provider.

- Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
